500-ways is a Chicago city-wide art project launched by the Art Institute of Chicago. In an effort to support a new program "500 ways of looking at modern" 500 six inch red cubes were dropped throughout the city. Each cube had a URL and a unique code on it for people to register and complete the art project attached. All the projects are documented and blogged about at 500-ways.com
